Acceptable Use Policy

Consent-based messaging only

Pingsley is for consent-based messaging only. You must have the appropriate consent for the messages you send.

No purchased lists

Purchased, rented, scraped, or otherwise acquired recipient lists without the required consent are prohibited.

No spam or cold texting

Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, cold texting, misleading subject matter, and campaigns that disguise their sender are prohibited.

No impersonation

Do not impersonate a person, business, brand, government body, or other sender. Sender identity must be presented honestly.

Opt-out compliance

Messages must provide an appropriate opt-out mechanism. STOP requests must be honored promptly and suppressed from future messages.

Carrier and legal rules

You must follow applicable telecom, privacy, marketing, consumer-protection, and carrier rules. Pingsley may restrict campaigns that create compliance or delivery risk.

Enforcement

A production service may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, subject to its contract and applicable law.
