A production Pingsley service could receive account details, billing identifiers, campaign content, subscriber phone numbers, consent records, and usage data needed to operate the service.

Phone number data

Pingsley does not sell phone number data. Subscriber numbers should be used only for the messaging purposes disclosed to the subscriber and should be handled with appropriate safeguards.

Consent records

Consent and opt-out records may be retained to demonstrate compliance, suppress future messages, and operate the service.

Payments

Payments use fmzpay hosted checkout. This site stores order number, name, email, amount, currency, and payment status in Cloudflare KV; card details are entered at the payment provider.

Cookies and storage

Browser storage holds cart state. Cloudflare KV stores order and site configuration data.

Sharing

Data may be disclosed to service providers needed to operate messaging, hosting, analytics, billing, security, or legal obligations, subject to appropriate agreements.

Your choices

Production users should be given appropriate access, correction, deletion, and privacy-request channels where required by applicable law.
