Using Pingsley

Pingsley offers one-month plan purchases. Contact the merchant for account access and service details.

Purchases and renewal

Each checkout purchases one month at the displayed price. This website does not create automatic renewal.

Messaging and TCPA compliance

You are responsible for obtaining the legally required consent before sending text messages. Use Pingsley only for consent-based messaging. Maintain appropriate records, identify the sender as required, and provide a clear opt-out mechanism. STOP requests must be honored promptly.

Acceptable use

You may not use Pingsley for purchased lists, spam, cold texting, deceptive messages, impersonation, unlawful content, or campaigns designed to evade carrier controls. You may not impersonate another sender or organization.

Delivery

No delivery rate is guaranteed. Carrier filtering, recipient devices, network conditions, content, and carrier policies can affect delivery.

Intellectual property

Pingsley branding, interface concepts, and original copy belong to their respective owners. Do not reproduce proprietary assets without permission.

Changes

A production service may update these terms with notice where required. Continued use after an effective date would be subject to the updated terms.
