What exactly is Pingsley?
Pingsley offers monthly plan purchases for a consent-based SMS messaging product. Contact the merchant before purchase for access and activation details.
Do I need consent?
Yes. TCPA requirements can apply to text messaging, and Pingsley is designed for consent-based messaging only. Use only people who have given the appropriate consent for the messages you send, and keep records of consent.
How does opt-out work?
STOP is the opt-out path. In a live implementation, a STOP request automatically unsubscribes the number and becomes effective within 10 minutes. Every message should include a clear opt-out mechanism.
Can I import a bought list?
No. Purchased lists are prohibited. Pingsley is not for cold texting, scraped lists, or recipients who did not consent.
How does the monthly purchase work?
Each checkout charges the displayed price for one month. This website does not create automatic renewals.
How do I access Pingsley?
This static site is designed to be hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Contact the merchant for account access after payment.
Which browsers work?
Use a current Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari release. The storefront uses standard HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
What are the four plan differences?
Note is a 500-text starter desk; Letter adds more keywords and sequences; Dispatch adds 10,000 texts, segments, conversion tracking, and 5 seats; Broadsheet adds unlimited texts on fair use, A/B send tests, revenue attribution, API, and 15 seats.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
The plan pages describe monthly plans. Contact the merchant for plan changes.
Can I cancel?
Purchases cover one month and do not automatically renew.
Do you offer refunds?
See the Refund Policy and contact the merchant with your order number.
Do you guarantee delivery rates?
No. Pingsley does not promise 100% delivery. Delivery can vary because carrier policies, filtering, recipient devices, and other operational factors affect deliverability.
What are keywords?
Keywords are opt-in phrases used to let people request enrollment in a messaging program. Only use them where the surrounding disclosure and consent flow are appropriate.
Does Pingsley support A/B testing?
The Broadsheet plan includes A/B send-time testing in the product description. Use testing in a way that remains consistent with the consent and disclosure given to subscribers.
How many team seats are included?
Dispatch includes 5 seats and Broadsheet includes 15 seats. Note and Letter include 1 seat each.
